Introduction of

The sawdust machine is suitable for sawdust processing of edible fungus, mainly made by sawdust-shaving device, crushing devices and fan. The size of sawdust is small after chipping by wood-cut device, without Drying in the sun can be sent into the crushing device further pieces, and smashing final products are sent to aggregate site by fan.

Working principle:
It uses blades to cutting and high speed airflow to reduce the wood into sawdust and granular with different fineness. While the blades inside are cutting with a high rotating speed, the rotor generates strong airflow which rotates as the same direction as rotor. As the blades rotate and cut, the airflow crushes the material at the same time. In this way, the speed of sawdust output can be increased.
