High frequency vacuum dryer (timber dryer)
1. It is new drying mechod.(Dielectric heating)
Steam and normal vacuum dryer(hot plate) is conductive heating.
They dry the wood little by little from outside to inside.
High frequency is dielectric heating.
HF wave can penetrate the thick wood
and dry it uniformly. Even the core of wood temperature is heater than surface.
Vacuum condition: It is minus pressure, safe.
the wood moisture can voparized in low temperature.
Then vopar will be pump out automatically.
