This machine introduces the PUR gluing system which is specialized in different kinds of materials adhesive. It can design the wrapping veneer, PVC, Paper, PET ect for different kinds of materials profiling like aluminum, MDF, optionally PVC. Featureof creating the smooth beautiful surface. It will be ideal equipment for the lines like door, construal material, fruniture, picture frame etc. Finished profile wrapping with PUR hot-melt has a very strong weather resistance, which doesn't have any change in large temperature range from -40 to 150 centidegree. It adopts precise slot nozzle applicater which can offer glue fast when working in high speed. Compared with other products, non-solvent release from the finished product is much safer and competitive in daily furnitures as well as indoor decorations.
