HPL Hot Press consists of hot press, loader and unloader, transportation device, vacuum carrier, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and temperature control system, etc. The main cyliners are all passed the test with high pressure of 35~40 Mpa and can assure the reliable pressure resistance performance. Its air proof structure is designed with optimization, and has reliable air proof performance and long service life. Electrical control system includes PLC, Man-machine interface and temperature meter. The operating status of press and working parameters, such as pressure, temperature and time, could be set, amended read and printed at will, and the operation is convenient and visual.
