Introduction:
For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this dry make the moisture content below 12% before further processing. This kind of dryer is Air Current type dryer which cost is lower than other type. This dryer is professionally designed for drying wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can solve plant dimension problems.

This wood drying machine is suitabl
e for drying materials of moisture 30-60%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The wood drying machine is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer can reduces the moisture to 8-12% one time with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
