6. Features:
a.Top & Bottom Fine trimming units
Adopted the Germeny HOMAG Structure.
One electrical motors movement is only through one axis,
so its coaxiality is much better than the traditional models.
the electrical motors up and down movement is by an Side-Load Spring, so the edge trimming blades will always face the edge banding tightly.
So its working effect is more accurate and more stable more durable.
with two individual high frequency motors which imported from Italy.
They run (12000 rpm each) trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side if the panel.

TOP & Bottom Fine Trimming Unit are the same structure with Top& Bottom Fine Trimming Unit.

Edge Scraper,
used to remove corrugation trail on edges caused by trimming making both sides of board smooth and tidy and
provides perfect finish.
Its amount of back and forth movement
is only 20-30C. So it promises the panel won’t be damaged.
air bowing function of edge scroper prevents removed edge banding tapes from tropping on polishing wheels.
