4. High precision of driving main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching and hard tooth surface grinding technology, resulting in smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
5. Bearing and oil seals of main driving system are well-know high quality bearing and oil seal such s SKF and etc...And a lubrication oil-return system is especially available to reliable lubrication of bearings.
6. 3-pc quick removing type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick remocing of die.
7. Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with two-cutting knofe assembly, resulting in high anti-corrosion ability and long service life.
8. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new-type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
9. Die and Roller have long service life.
