Usage:
It is designed for laminate, solid flooring boards and artifical board furniture such as kitchen cabinet, office furniture etc. It can cut the board blank into multi pieces of small board with the same size of different size, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Feature:
1. The main shaft adopts alloy steel forging blank to be made through precise procession to control the jump during the high speed rotation of main shaft within 0.05mm.
2. The up and down design of the main shaft can not only finish separating task but also tenon on the board surface.
3. The feeding press roller adopts synchronous up and down design to make the operation simpler.
4. The feeding press roller adopts plating chrome material design to make its use life longer.
