Hotjin FPR, the tongue and groove type milling line of new-type laminate floor and multi-layer wood (bamboo wood) composite floor is of automation during the whole process. The master machine is of track-through type with highly intensive U-shaped guide rail, which ensures the operational linearity and the synchronicity of double rails.
The front and middle rolling tables are both of stepless adjustable motor-driven belt conveyance, featuring in simple structure and easy speed control. Besides, there is photoelectric switch with multi-point control and several limit switches in the steering storage bin, which ensures the smoothness and safety of production line.
The feeding process of the whole line is controlled uniformly. If there is any error, the whole line will stop working, thus improving the safety and reducing the reject rate.

front roller table→longitudinal double thin rail double end milling machine→longitudinal brushing machine→middle roller table→automatic feed bin→traverse double end milling machine
Major parameters:
longitudinal feeding speed: 80 m/min; working width: 90-500 mm; total power: 100KW.
Remark:
the longitudinal double thin rail double end milling machine is of L-shaped narrow chain structure, and the traverse double end milling machine is equipped with traverse axis and jumping cutter.
