The multi-functional sanding machine is mainly used for removing fibres, smoothing wood, MDF and veneered workpieces from all sides and angles no matter the surface is curved or flat. It is also suitable for sealer and lacquer meticulous polishing.
Performance characteristic
Working with 16 excentric rotation of the discs (5+5+6) that are alternate permutation structure with 3 rows, the machine ensures that the sanding strips reach even the smallest of mouldings. This structure can also increase sanding intensity and sanding time. The 2 brush rollers rolling inversely with parallel arrangement can get the final high-quality sanding results.
The adjustable speed and height of sanding disc, sanding roller and feeding conveyor belt can be displayed on screen of human-computer interface which is more friendly and the operation process becomes more simplified.
The dust extraction device can eliminate the dust of sanding process effectively
