1. wood texture furnace is a heating and printing furnace, it is used for transferring wood texture on surface of aluminum profile
2.process method:
(1) cutting the wood paper or wood film into strip according to the side of aluminum
(2)package the aluminum by wood paper, then put them into insulation bag, if use wood film, just need package
(3) pumping vacuum out , at the same time, convey them into furnace, heating and transferring
(4) after transferring, blow air into bag, which makes remove insulation bag and wood paper easily. at the same time, convey them out of the furnace
(5) remove the insulation bag , then you can see the clear wood grain on surface of aluminum
3. advantage:
(1)color of wood grain will not change within 10 years, even on condition of sunshine
(2)it can consumes all kinds of fuel, such as LPG, NG, oil , coal, electricity and so on
