The above mentioned machine is specifically designed for the production of kitchen and office furniture,incorporating most updated technologies like transducer and adjustable programming. It therefore can be used to process different types of edge wrapping as one of the most essential equipments in furniture manufacture.
Craft process:
1) Push on the boards to be processed;
2) Push down operation button, press down the heating board;
3) Affix the board according to pre-designed craft and speed;
4) Return to original working state after affixing;
5) A working cycle is finished.
Characteristic Functions:
1) The whole operation is controlled by PLC transducer;
2) The user can freely adjust the location time, location position, delivery speed, and can
freely conduct a speed switch or pressure switch;
3) Easy to manage and convenient to handle any affixing materials or forms;
