1, THE CONTROL SYSTEM
Automatic control system: the control system of M800 and DELPHI (M800B) is imported from Italy which can realize that the center computer controls multi kilns at the same time.
2.THE AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM
We have adopted the 3KW motor of high temperature-resistant, grade H of safety level, and efficient fans of casting aluminum alloy; the configuration is designed according to the kiln width in order to scientifically guarantee the wind velocity between the board plates around 1.5-2.0m/s.
3.THE HEATING SYSTEM
The bimetallic ribbed pipe heaters we adopt have high thermal efficiency, less resistance with the cooling area of high-power to ensure the requirement of fast warming. The imported heating valve we adopted is reliable and safe.
4.THE SPRAY SYSTEM
The imported spray valve we adopt is reliable and safe.
The steam spray of moisture control system is using the special technique; it can turn the superheated dry steam to the steam of normal pressure with saturation to humidity no matter how high the pressure of boiler steam is. It’s better to control the humidity of the hardwood.
The stainless pipes are used in hot water humidity control system which can ensure the effect of hot water humidity.
5.THE VENT SYSTEM
The rotatary vent motor of Siemens are designed scientifically and can remove the wet air from the kilns effectively.
6.THE ALL-ALUMINUM ALLOY CASE
The columns, trusses and the panels of inner and outer are covering by the aluminum alloy of 1.2mm thick, connected by stainless steel bolts and aluminum rivets. The whole case is durable without black metal.
