Our wood sawdust pellet mills have durable operation with high quality.The materials that can be used for making pellets by flat die pellet millss are as follows:
Coarse fiber: wood sawdust, corn stalk, rice husk, cotton stalk, weeds, crop straw, paper, plastic, cocopeat, bran, home wastage, factory reject and so on.
Our wood pellet mills adopted the techonology from Germany 15 years ago. Our machines have Taper shape rollers, whih special design reduce the space between the die and the rollers a lot, the lifetime of the die and rollers lengthened a lot.
Flat die pellet mills can also make feed from corn, soybean, and so on. Also can be used for making biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer and etc.
Our pellet mills can make pellets with diameter 2-15mm. For bigger models, they can also make briquettes which has max diameter 30mm. They can also be used for making small square bricks.
For SKJ3- Series, we have the oil pump matched with the machine, which can lubricate the rollers automatically when they are working.
Because of the high pressure and stable operation, our wood pellet mills can make good density pellets without bond.
