1.pellet press adopts Germanic high technic, pressing high crude fiber materials into good pellets. specially fit for wheat straw, rice straw, rice husk , Coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell , very hard wood ect . pellet diameter :2-8mm


2.pellet press adopts both common ring die pellet mill and flat die pellet mill advantages ,has much larger pressure than common, which can press very low adhersion materials into good quality pellets .



3.By customes full pellet line trail experiment , we confirm that centrifugal pellet press good working efficiency , its pressure can be adjusted automaticall to fit for different pressure ratio , also contains fully lubricate oil systems , which can lubricate rollers, shaft ,gears, bearings automatically .within two months , no need to add any oil , but other common supplier pellet mill needs to add oil each four hours, very trouble to operate.





4.pellet press adopts flat die pellet mill vertical feeding materials advantage , which can feed materials directly and fast to pelletizing room , but common ring die pellet mill only can feed materials from side , the feeding type is very slow and not even.


5.pellet press
has two layers ring die inside --top layer and bottom layer .rollers are horizontal type

, when it works , rollers will move ,toughing with ring die bottom layer in a flat level , ring die stable , in this way ,by rollers moving , the top layer die will rebound the splashed materials into bottom pressing room , increase capacity ,making sure pressing pellet process going on evenly .


6.pellet press is two layers , when it works, only bottom layer working , so when bottom layer is broken , turn over it and making top layer to bottom, then it can work again . one die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer hole can be different , one die can press two different diameter pellets .
