The guarantee period should be twelve (12) months from the date of shipment after Acceptance Test in Seller's factory.

SALES
If the Buyer requires the Seller to send engineer(s) to service the Commodity to the Buyer's factory. The expenses for round-trip air ticket, accommodation and allowance, and costs of an interpreter, transportation and personal insurance for the engineer(s) should be paid by the Buyer.

AYMENT
50% downpayment by T/T after signing of the contract and 50% balance payable by sight T/T within 7 days at sight of B/L or its copy.
