Scope of application:

Features of the machine
:

1. This machine is all-cover sealed, dust prevention at maximum extent ,avoid to pollute the environment.
2. Spindle adopt Taiwan air-cooling, standard BT40 taper socket. Spindle head with good rigidity, change cutter easily, enough cutter clamping force, can steady processing with φ40×400 long cutter; Spindle motor 8KW,can satisfy requirement of machining power.
3. Spindle head complete shut-off, install fans for better cooling and dust prevention.
4. Spindle, rail and ball screw install dust prevention huff equipment, avoid foam dust enter into the screw rod ,rail and spindle to cause damage
5. Rail and screw rod install auto lubrication system
6. Y axis adopt double screw driver to keep balance and steady
7. Control box with auto air conditioning system, better cooling, long time work
8 .Heavy steel whole structure, gantry, upright, support plate, pulley, table, using aluminum cast processing, large working area.
9. Axis max high 1.15, process area big. It is matching for big 3D curved surface materials.
10. Driving rail adopts original Taiwan imported 25mm square lead rail.
11. Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI original coarse pitch precise rubbing screw rod, high precision transmission
12. Equip with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.
13. Cable adopts YC numerical control machine shielding line, can reciprocate 12 million times.
14. Taiwan Delta frequency transformer, Siemens electrical components, high performance, and perfect in anti-interference.
15. Intelligent protection system for cross the border, can prevent any crash due to the big materials processing.
16.Diversification control system,control the process speed, idle running speed ,roll setting speed etc. Increasing the quality and the production efficiency greatly.
