Characteristic
Oriented Strand Board(OSB) is one kind of new type structural board, and its main material is small di-ameter wood which diameter is more than 80mm, It possesses many properties , such as big dimension ,high strength, heat preservation ,sound & heat insulation , moreover , it also possesses high machinery processing property with sawing ,planing ,drilling and milling . So OSB is applied widely in the construction as interior & exterior wallboard ,l-shaped beam or treadboard ,roofboard ,ceiling ,square pole or in other fields such as furniture ,home decoration ,packing ,concrete molding and interior material of vehicle & ship manufacturing and etc.
Introduction of production technics flow;
1, Material preparation section
In order to ensure the quality of flakes , moisture should be controlled between 40~60%commonly.After de-barked , small diameter wood are carried to long log flaker from log yard ,then planed into narrowlong flakes with dimention Length50mm-70mm,Width 5mm-20mm and thickness 0.45mm-0.6mm.
2,Drying and screening section
After discharging via horizontal bin, wet flakes come into dryer via belt conveyer , after drying , carried into sifting machine for sorting via conveyer , Qualified flakes are transferred into flakes bin , and thin materials are transferred into firebox as fules .
3,Glue supplying and regulating section
After mixed and measured , glud liquid & flakes are blended uniformly in the round glud blender
4,Forming and pressing section
After glue mixing, flakes are carried to oriented forming machine by belt conveyer , then formed into cont-tinous mats via oriented forming head , mats are sawn into certain dimension via cross cutting saw, and come into pre-press ,loader ,press,unloader , and rough boards are pressed finally .
5,Edge sawing section
After pressing, the Rough board which cooled by star cooler is carried out longitudinal and transversal edge sawing , then cut into plain boards with certain dimension.
6, Sanding section
Sanding , inspection and classifying should be carried out for removing pre-solidifying layer and leveling up the face , then put into warehouse after packaging .
