Advantages of our MDF Prduction Line:
1, Hot pressing plates are made of high quality Q345 materials.
2,The key parts of synchronizing close structure of press are processed in machining center and adopt cylinder type to guarantee synchronization of close.
3,Whole MDF line adopt central control and section site control integrated mode. It is easy for operation.

Our achievement:
The first MDF Line we had designed and product is 50.000 cbm/a for HeBei Wen'An ZhenYu Wood Co.,Ltd. in 2003 .
The lastest two HDF Line we had designed and producted is 50.000 cbm/a for Gaocheng Sengxin MDF Factory and Gaocheng Hongchang MDF Factory that belongs to Hebei Province Shi Jiazhuang City in 2010.
From these seven years, we had designed and producted more than 20 units of MDF Line.
Now we are producing is 80.000 cbm/a for Thanh Nam Construction and Trade Co.Ltd. which belongs to Vietnam.

We aslo provide turn key project.
