1. CNC None-chcuk Veneer Peeling Lathe/CNC Spindless Rotary Lathe, machine with hydraulic system for knife clampping, easy operate for knife changing and save time on changing knife. Double CNC control system with two unit of servo motor, one group is for control knife-carriage feeding which guaranteed the veneer evenness and minimized the torlerance; the other group control system is for set knife-gap.
2. Easy knife-gap setting for available of different veneer thickness, and the knife-gap setting is controled by CNC system with servo motor and hydraulic system. When setting veneer thickness, just input the the thickness value into computer over the operation panel, machine will set knife-gap automatically, which save time and save manpower. Moreover, different veneer thickness can be set in one operation, and shift between the 2 thicknesses easily when peeling.
