The machine is used for peeling of veneer and middle board if iss need mend by replacing a damaged part in veneer industry.
It is a C style double head and rhombic hydraulic pressure knife molding bore machinery,the most pressure is 12TON of eath head,according to wood quality and dimension can adjust the pressure(0~12TON).Total power is 7.5KW.Knife molding up and down one time need about 1.5S.To hollow veneer thickness is within 0.1~5mm.
This machine can be improved the face and bottom board class after mend by replacing a damaged part.Especially as 2mm up middle board,it helps to reduce more time in boring increase work efficiency and production quality.
This machine is easy to operate,if want to replacing the knife molding,which only take the screw looseness.Knife molding have four kinds ,and we provide customization.
