1. The feeding belt come from Holand AA belt.
2. The bearings come from Japan NSK
3. Electric parts select Taiwan AIRTAC, Siemens,Chengtai.
4.The machine electronic control have overload, with low pressure, flow, defaultphase protection, if any above fault arise , equipment will be automatically stop, and emergency braking, to get the best production safety protection.
5. If the conveyor belt pulling to one side ,it will be automatic centering , doesn’t need manual adjustment.
6. Table lift control mode: microcomputer automatic control lifting.
7. Feed belt speed regulating mode and scope: stepless speed adjustment, for 3-30 / min.
8. Dust collection mouth diameter: Φ200 four, Φ150 one
9. Working pressure: > 0.55 MPA, dust collection average speed: 25m/sec.
