Feature:

1) The new CNC control system which developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, adopts DSP chip of Amercian CYCNAL, high-speed curve perspective fuzzy algorithm, Subdivision Control system for high performance achievement in high-speed and high precision. It is also has continuous engraving function of un-expected break of power and carving tool.
2) The perfect combination of high rigid framework and aero-metal, with large load bearing and strong stability. this is surely ensure the entire machine to a steady movement and be durable in use. Adopt driver which power is over 200Watt to provide sufficient torque for stepper motor in high-speed engravement (1/64 subdivided), in order to ensure steady and high-speed performance.
3) Adopt international leading design of three bearings, the curve and straight lost motion rate is upto 12 meter/min, and the processing efficiency is twice over than congeneric products.
4) The first use of domestic high-speed and constant power motor, the carving tool's breaking rate has been reduced to the maximum, and greatly improve the processing speed. Keep the same speed (>45meter/min) at curve and straight lines,and its efficiency is upto 3 times the same type of other machines.
5) Be compatible with most CAD/CAM softwares such as Type3,Artcarm,Proe,Wentai,etc.
