CNC spraying machine

Robot (CNC door spraying machine) for doors, panels coating application with PU,PE, UV waterborne lacquer
(1) Robot is designed for wooden complex door, big size plane furniture, size panel ext plane
size work pieces single surface and four size spray at the same time.

(2) Machine adopt five spindle numerical control instrument, which increase the coating speed
and spray guns angle adjust in different direction. it is similar as manual spray. Max spray
space: 2.5m x 1.2m x 0.5m.
(3) Machine can spray the work pieces at plane work pieces sides, shape surface or ARC track
with programmer store prior.
(4) Spray carriage action and movement controlled by the computer, which would make the
coating more even and save the coating consumption. The programmer control the carriage
move as " + " track.
(5) Machine install 4 PCS spray guns at max, which would have double work efficiency and lower
the labor.
(6) Full digit programmer to make the production programmer automatic, the work pieces
information is input into the PLC system, the spray programmer will be exit automatic. it can
record 1000 sets different programmer for 1000 different size of the door coating.
(7) Machine equip with automatic turn over system, the patent design, which would finish the full
door by one time spray.
