I. Characteristic
AM2680-D vacuum special-shaped hot press developed by the company has linear position reaching and sticking force superior to negative pressure equipment in the PVC processing by adding positive pressure on the basis of negative pressure and matching with special glue water. It overcomes the deformation problem when the negative pressure equipment processes work-pieces (especial for large-area work-piece) due to large pressure, low temperature and shorter film laminating time, and greatly reduces the deformation of the work-piece. It adopts advanced electronic new products, and can automatically finish the processing procedures of table feeding, table rising, heating, vacuumizing, film laminating, demoulding and table falling through adjustment. It is provided with the pneumatic paper cutting device independently developed and successfully obtained patent certificate. As adopting oil pressure and compressed air as power, it owns enough air pressure and air flow. The frame is wholly processed with steel plate in reasonable whole structure, and can bear 500t pressure, and the heating plate is wholly cast with aluminum, with uniform heating. The worktable is completely composed of aluminum plates, in total weight of 12t, and aluminum totally consumed reaches 2 ton. The vacuum pump for main components is Becker, two worktables can be used circularly or independently, the vacuum can be regulated for absorption with low pressure first and then high pressure, and the film laminating pressure can reach 0.4MPa, reaching ideal effect by regulation.

III. Application Range
