wood pellet mill description:
Our SKJ flat die pellet mills are our own patent. They are flat die design. And for SKJ3- Series, they have Taper Shape Rollers---our patent, which reduce the friction between the rollers and the die a lot. This lengthen the lifetime of it efficiently.
Our pellet mills have CE certificate which is widely apccepted in EU and other countries all over the world.
The flat die pellet mills can be used for making biomass pellets from sawdust, straw, stalk, paper, plastic, rice husk and so on. Besides, they can also make feed pellets and fertilizer pellets.
For SKJ3- Series, we have the oil pump matched with the machine, which can lubricate the rollers automatically when they are working.
The diameter of the pellets made by our pellet mills can be 2-15mm. Bigger models of our pellet mills can also be used for making briquettes, the max diameter of briquettes is 30mm.
For using our pellet machine well, there are two important factors for choosing raw material:
1.The raw material is in fine powder, the diameter should be smaller than the final pellets diameter
2.The moisture of these raw material should be in 13%-20%
Keeping these two factors, our pellet machines can make very good quality and high density
