UV drying oven

(1) Machine adopts aluminum alloy mirror reflective plate to improve the illumination intensity.
Import high-mercury UV lamp and reflective plate, there are strong or weak intensity selection
for lamp illumination. Reflective plate can effective reflect 90 % light source. At the same time
equips high intension capacitance and transformer to increase the UV lamp stability and use life.

(2) Machine adopts gemel knighthead device which can adjust the UV lamp position
easily ,according to different line shape to adjust the UV lamp position to get the better drying
effect

(3) Lamp can select to configure the imported quart heat insulation devices which can effectively
obstruct the infra-red direct illuminate on surface and lower surface temperatures.

(4) Independent designed three-dimensional curable system can affect dry four sides and a
surface at the same time for different size work pieces. At the same time, the bottom equips a
drying, so as to completely dry the overfull paint at the bottom to prevent the UV paint
pollution at the bottom

Cooling system

(1) For lamp box (Option),adopt blow and exhaust strong refrigeration model ,blow and exhaust
motors are special mightiness motor.

(2) Large drying room design aims at to control the UV light to the best in the temperature ensure
maximum efficiency of output.

(3) Through independent fan for the exchange of intake and exhaust to get the cooling effect of UV
lamp, intake and exhaust are manually controlled by changed valves

(4) Air volume adjustment can ensure machine inside within an appropriate positive pressure to
prevent outside not filtered go into the machinery inside to ensure the clean of lamp and
curing environment (option) .

Conveying system
Convey model adopts fiber net ,stainless steel conveying belt, roller or leveraged conveying
model , frequency control .equip with air cooling system ,temperature control panel to control
the machine inside temperature to make it not deformed after long-term work under high
temperature

Operation and maintenance
(1) Machine equip with emergency switch and the side door can be open conveniently. It is easy
to replace lamp and overhaul. If machine stop for malfunction, the UV lamp will stop
automatically

(2) Side plate, entrance baffle equip with ultraviolet radiation resistant unit to avoid ray out.
