hard wood pellet machine description:
Our wood pellet machines can be used for wood,sawdust,straw,stalk,rice husk,corn,weeds,home waste,factory reject and so on crude fiber granulation pelleting.The combustion rate can be raised for several times.
Our pellet machines can be used for making pellets without any binder because of the higher pressure they have.
The technology of our pellet machines we are using was adopted from Germany,and after more than 15 years practise,we have already had the first class in making the flat die pellet mill all over the world.
Now we have two patent pellet machine which is unique all over the world. One is the Taper Shape Roller for flat die pellet machine. This design reduces the friction between the die and the rollers a lot. This help lengthen the lifetime of the machine and higher the efficiency of pelleting. The second patent is our efficient centrifugal pellet machine. It is designed specially for very hardwood pelleting and the material which has very little sticky such as rice husk, rubber and so on. It has the advantages of both flat die pellet machine and ring die pellet machine.
The diameter of the pellets made by our pellet machine can be 2-15mm. Bigger models of our pellet machine can also be used for making briquettes, the max diameter of briquettes is 30mm.
