Curtain coater:

(1) Flow curtain is created by the pump’s pressure and the coating thickness is easy to adjust and
distributing uniformity. Adopt original German imported blade, the min coating thickness can be
adjusted to 0.08mm.

(2) Curtain coating blade adopts double post support frame, which is easy to adjust and clean
after using.

(3) When working, the max feed speed can achieve 115m/min and makes the board surface paint
distributing evenly and reduces the thickness of coating. According to need, reduce paint
per unit area consumption, cost-effective.

(4) Conveying belt adopts imported PU belt, which resistant various solvent and prevent layer phenomenon.
· Bearing adopts imported bearing, which have good airproof frame and prevent oil soaking.
· Machine equips with a large capacity electrical control constant temperature paint box and paint pump, which have good filtering effect and flux stability. There are five layers filter net which can effective filter the impurity during the course of paint circumfluence.
· The circumfluence buffer system is equipped under the flow header and paint box which can effectively eliminate the bubbles and owns the powerful anti-bubble function, almost no need to heat the paint .

· Paint recycled unit is equipped, which would reduce paint consumption and easy to clean machine
· Machine equips with double curtaining heads frame according to PE paint material.
