1. The machine spreads glue evenly and fast, at a regular speed of about 85m/min.
2. The spreading rollers are coated with high-quality natural rubber,giving good wear resistance, while machined precisely, giving a run-out tolerance within 0.05mm.
3. The spreading rollers and dosing rollers are driven by gear, giving good stability,no driving inaccuracy and long service life.
4. The roller blanks are made of thick seamless steel tubes and big axis heads to provide good rigidity and high resistance to strain, and thus ensure the glue spreading quality.
5. The out-feeding device with adjustable out-feedong speed is specifically designed in favor veneer assembling and face veneer storing operations.
