2. spares
1)main bearing the technique of forging process for main bearing of granulator is specially designed, which is especially for the high strength alloy steel. As a result, our main bearing have a good character in bending resistance and anti-torque.
2)race-rotation material use high strength alloy steel, make sure its long term for stable and smooth operation.
3)gear:
material use high quality alloy steel, and be grinded smoothly by advanced grinding process. So we can promise its running in good condition, smoothly, little noise and have a long service time.
4)pressure roller it is different from the common press roller. Our press rollers are made of high quality rall bearing steel, so they have good hardness, against wearing and tearing. According to the difference of feedstock, we can choose different type of press roller.
5)ring die: material is high quality alloy steel and stainless steel. Use advanced technique process to forging it. The holes of the die is drilled by import driller at the same time. the surface of the hole is very smooth which can make sure the nice visual and good character of the pellets. Whatever the size of pellets, the second mill tool in mill space can improve the production capacity up to 15%.

8.sample of bio-fuel pellets
The bio-fuel pellets are granulated at room temperature with high pressure that depending on the rotation of the ring die around the roller. The feedstock of pellets usually is wood sawdust, straw and something else. The original density of these feedstock normally is 130kg/m3, but after granulating the density can improve up to 1100kg/m3. it is very convenience for transporting and storing these pellets , at the same time, the heating value of pellets are largely improved compared to original feedstock.

according to the different harvest time of different agriculture, we should timely pick up feedstock as much as we can, than make them to bio-fuel pellets in time.

one thing we should pay attention to is we should not immediately package up the pellets until them cooled down 40 minutes later, because the pellets will be expanded when heated up, in contrast, they will be contracted when cooled down ect.
