Crushing plant
For drying and briquetting process of biomass materials, crushing plant is available. We mainly manufacture two types of crushing plants for various agro-forestry wastes, which are wood crusher and hammer mill. You should choose the more workable one according to your raw materials.
Wood crusher


Our wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood of 50-250 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved, the wood crusher combines both chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. The diameter of wood sawdust can reach to 2-4 mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquetting. No need to use other wood chippers. It shows the advantages of precise structure, high capacity, low energy consumption, high-quality finished products, easy maintenance, etc.
To ensure security, do not put the nails into the wood crusher.

Hammer mill


Our hammer mill is the special milling equipment for materials of < 50 mm (diameter),< 300 mm (length), such as tree trimmings, wood pieces, crop stalks, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins and so on. This hammer mill contains some rotors which are mounted by many hammers. The hammers swing following with the rotor at a high speed. And then the materials fed into a feed hopper are shred by the hammers. At last the materials are expelled out and sieved by the exhaust fan and screen.
